This lady was driving a scooter in heavy city traffic, with her dog unprotected, unleashed, and sitting freely on her lap, leaning on the handlebar with her front paws. They both seemed perfectly at ease, but it was scary and disconcerting to think how easily the dog could be injured in even a minor accident...
