Traditinal Wooden Lobster Traps
Bird Cove, Newfoundland, Canada Traditional Lobster Pots are seen everywhere in Newfoundland but most boats I see along the shore are tending the modern metal traps. While these traps look older, I have seen plenty that look relatively new and are in too good of condition, but not too good, and well stacked, so they must be in use.
