"Why all the car photos of late?" you might ask me. Moderately long story. If you like photography, you may be familiar with Chelsea and Tony Northrup. They are YouTubers and have been for the last several weeks hosting a Thursday's from 5 to 6 eastern a live photography critique of viewer submitted photos in a variety of classes. youtu.be/B3QKYiIqqJM Last week they looked at wildlife photos, and next week will be cars. I have submitted photos for the last several weeks, and out of the thousands submitted mine have not yet been looked at. I am trying again this week. Most of the photos of cars I have are of cars at local car shows. This presents a few issues. The biggest is that the any car you select to take a photo of is surrounded by lots of distracting elements, name other cars, people, and other other things not attractive as well as distracting. So, I've been editing to remove the busy and non-aesthetic backgrounds. You can see how bad the background can be even behind an attractive car above. I think the edited corvette is my best effort. I've posted several others, and I think the black Oldsmobile may be the second best. I'm interested in any suggestion or ideas on this or opinions on which of my efforts might be my best. Thank you. www.flickr.com/photos/brucentrue/53162863598/in/dateposte...
