Paviljoen Welgelegen - Provinciehuis Haarlem

This stately building was built at the end of the 18th century. The building is an example of neoclassicism and is located on the edge of the Haarlemmerhout in Haarlem. One of the owners was Lodewijk Napoleon, who also stayed there. Since 1830, the provincial government of North Holland has been based here.
