Fan Hir
Fan Hir's impressive eastern flank stretches for 4km (2.5 miles) and is best seen on a winter's morning when lit from the south east as here. The clarity of the light this particular morning was exceptional and almost made up for the complete lack of snow to be seen at this point in the day (it snowed later but by that time the cloud had descended).
