Viamala gorge

Viamala or Via Mala (meaning "bad path") is a narrow gorge along the river Hinterrhein between Zillis and Thusis, Grisons, Switzerland. Traditionally, the Viamala gorge was part of one of the most important transit routes across the Alps and a major barrier on the way to both the Splügen and San Bernardino mountain passes.
