Mushroom
Schoodic Woods, Acadia National Park, Schoodic Section, Winter Harbor, Maine Huge mushroom (maybe 10" tall and 8" across the cap) found at the entrance to Schoodic Woods in the Schoodic Section of Acadia National Park. Today was Trail Maintenance Day for us park volunteers - really much too hot to be out there for very long.
