A frozen Jordan Pond and the Bubbles
Jordan Pond, Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, Maine The Bubbles and pond are often photographed from this spot in the Summer time but not nearly as often in Winter. I had to pick an extremely cold and windy day. I aborted my planned hike around the pond but couldn't help but drop down to the water for a few quick (and chilly) photographs.
