Dave and Phil ablutions beside the trans line E of Haig 11th June 1965 The boss suggested crossing the line, but I ripped the exhaust pipe off and bent flange. We wired it up and headed W along old surveyed rail line.Flat & grassy plains. Photos of old tanks, bores and boiler. Drove on to Nurina. Photo. W about a mile and camped near line.. Cooked large tea, train passed, cool night Phil and Dave washed naked around the fire. Took photo...... To bed at 8.. Title changed from E of Haig to E of Nurina.. 11-06-25
