Fishhead forest
Fish heads hung up to dry in the Westman islands, Iceland. The market for these is in some European countries but mostly in Nigeria, where they are an excellent source of good protein and quality fatty acids. Appetizing? Depends on the viewer, I guess. Best viewed large for those who want to appreciate the details.
