invol reroute due to vulcanic cloud

We were supposed to fly out of Berlin TXL today, and instead spent about 3 hours getting our flights rebooked for next week. The TXL staff made everything as pleasant as possible, and I got this wonderful souvenir: a ticket that says, in German airportese, INVOLUNTARY REROUTE DUE TO VOLCANIC CLOUD.
