Wet campground at Carlo, near Rainbow Beach Qld.
We saw the storm coming from the south on Mt Wolvi, which had a met station. Headed into Rainbow Beach and got a cabin for a few nights at Carlo. We had 1400mm of rain, while we played Scrabble and watched the campers retreat from Fraser Island to nearby cabins.
