Follow Coffee
In Taiwan, stores that sell the same thing tend to cluster together. There are a bunch of coffee and tea houses/stands clustered in the city center of Tainan, each with its own decorating theme. This particular one is decorated with a flower theme, with lots of dry flowers dangling from the ceiling in front of the counter.
