This building is in rough shape. The only part that hasn’t been changed are the windows on the 2nd floor. I may have read that this building lost a 3rd floor at some point. This could account for the messy roofline/ brickwork. However this could have also been caused by the loss of a cornice. I'm not sure what the mismatch / sloppy brickwork around the storefront was caused by.
