cool Alison at Cooleman

see a new loading of this image taken with the G12... My first trip to Cooleman was with Ian Williams with my new Paddymade Federation pack in his VW. we did 11 hrs caving over the weekend of 19-23rd April 1962. The next SUSS trip here was also with Ian with John Steele, Elizabeth Thomas, and I first met Jane here. There was also a Robin, according to my trip report for 2-4th March 1963. We visited Barbers Cave, River, and White Fish caves for 6 hours. I lead a return trip on 24-28th Jan 1964 accompanied by the Jessups in Graeme's Holden wagon. We travelled over the Brindabellas as usual via the Hume and Canberra. Dick Roberts and Andy Shipway, Glenn Hunt helped with the navigation upstream along the wrong side of the Goodradigbee and past the Brindabella homestead and a shallow river crossing before we got back on the right track that followers the 330Kv powerlines. to be cont....
