Richmond Cold Storage Ice Plant
The Ice Plant building is one of a number of abandoned buildings once owned by Richmond Cold Storage. After sitting vacant for years, the complex of buildings is in the process of being converted into apartments. The Ice Plant building seen above was one of the first buildings completed in the Atrium Lofts at Cold Storage apartment conversion.
