Giardino di Villa Barbarigo - Goddess Flora
Garden of Villa Barbarigo in Valsanzibio, south of Padua / Padova, Italy. The statue shows Goddess Flora, who is a Roman goddess of flowers and spring. Her association with spring gave her particular importance at the coming of springtime, as did her role as goddess of youth.
